Please do not use Fiduciary regulations to put more unneeded regulations on registered reps. The suitability standard governing broker-dealers and registered representatives is a robust and heavily enforced standard.
Most of the people at this level are the hard working and honest. Do more to regulate those who have their relationships in Washington, DC
