There is too much regulation happening.
This industry is regulated enough and if we want to have people putting money into retirement and savings it cannot be made cost prohibitive, which this would do.
The country was founded on free enterprize and it's own checks and balances...please do not add any more.
I do not sell securities, but have business assoicates that do. They are audited regularly and keep excellent records..they are monitored. How much is enough?
