I am writing to ask you to oppose the Dodd-Frank SEC Act.
Compliance has always been the top priorty for the agents
in the sales of insurance and securities. From what I have
read of this Act, the language is vaque and less stringent
than what already exists.
Why would I jeapordise my own business by willfully mis-
leading or selling inappropriate materials. Over regulation
by a Congress that can't seem to figure out what is right
from wrong doesn't sit well with agents.
Thank you for trying to see the position of NAIFA and it's
members.
