Greetings
I AM writing today to give my thoughts on this new regulations you are thinking about for registered representatives being held to fudiciary responsibility. We use market based products and because we do not control the markets yet we will be guility if the markets go south just as they have 3 times in the last 10 years,2000,2001,and 2008.
This is a trial lawyers dream and the big guys will continue to take advantage of the loop holes and the brokers will all leave...
