To SEC Committee: As you have always heard the saying "If it isn't broke, you don't need to fix it" Well looking at this over the past I haven't seen any real magnitude of problems, so why mess things up? Wouldn't you agree? Thanks for your time service and I would have to say at this time I believe we should leave the present system in tack, it's worked well for years.
