The continual aggregration of new suitability requirements is nearing the point that it will be inpractical for the small business insurance agent/registered representative to remain in business and rather than help the public it will drive the business into monopolistic envirnoment. This will effect the buying public negatively rather than help them as justified with the intended changes.
