Dear SEC,
It has come to my attention that you are considering expanding the current suitability standards that broker/dealers and their registered representatives (such as myself)use and comply with for the benefit of our clients. It is my feeling that our current compliance practices are allready quite protective of our clients, and afford more than adequate supervisory requirements. It would seem to me that another "layer" of beaurocratic oversight requirements would simply increase costs to the consumer unnecessariy and not add any more benefit for them or the broker/dealer or their representatives.
