While I appreciate your concern, I feel that there is a point where you may become over regulated. I fear that we are at that that point, so I ask that you DO NOT place any more standards on my industry. Our industry already has sufficient regulations any more will place a strain on the clients financial resources. New York Life has set very high standards that their employees must adhere to. They do regular reviews and audits of each agent and their office employees. We keep these standards on a daily basis.
