Please exercise your authority NOT to impose the fiduciary standards of the Dodd-Frank act.
Our industry ia already heavily regulated.
The costs of extra compliance will add to costs to the consumers and will limit our ability to service our clients by burying us in additional layers of paperwork.
It will drive up the costs of our E O coverage and will drive many representatives out of the business or will make it harder to recruit new representatives into the industry. Therefore the comsumers will have fewer to call on them or service them.
Your help is greatly needed and appreciated.
