As a registered representative for over 25 years I have worked with clients and my brokerdealer and have had pretty much 100% success in providing appropriate services and meeting compliance issues. The current laws regarding suitability have been plenty adequate in requiring me to provide the right products and explicit pertinent information to my clients. More rules and regulation are not needed . The annual testing, updating and audits and weekly reports are plenty to monitor the activities I do.
