The proposed rules, regulations,or laws being proposed are NOT needed. We already have all the rules necessary from the SEC,FINRA,Sec of State,State Insurance Commissioner,our broker dealer, our home office,our local compliance officer, and General Agent needed for a competent agent to do their job. Enforce the rules and regulations that we have and don't put another layer of useless,expensive RED TAPE on us all.
