-We are regulated enough please no more compliance cost thousands in time and actual money.
Both I and all other agent I know DO act in our clients best interest - the market demands it. If someone expect to make a good living and have a long career they must always act in the clients best interest.
Please spend your time and energy rooting out the bad apples and stop punishing everyone for the sake a the very few.
