-You must reconsider this line of action that will not be in the best interest of the consumer or an agent. This bill will only create confusion and prove to be costly due to the vagueness of how you can define "in the best interest" of the client to be. I appreciate all the regulations currently in place to protect consumers and watch over financial planners but this does not provide the additional protection that is being implied...
