Hi
I've been a advisor for 25 years and IAR for about 10 years. I feel that at this stage of my career the amount of regulation we have is choking honest advisers who have no complaints against them. The few dishonest ones are the ones who are either out of the business and have made millions cheating people and so they can retire comfortably. While advisers like myself who want to do the right thing for their clients suffer with a extreme amount of regulatory rules and paper work. Please don't add any more work as this will cause the hard working honest ones to leave the business of helping people save and invest. I believe that this is a honorable field when conducted with good intentions to help people and the economy. When people save and invest they are pouring money into banks and financial institutions which in turn help start businesses and grow the economy. Please help me keep my job and stop more regulations.
