Please understand that registered representatives are already subject to sustaintial oversight. The compliance systems in place now already have a good oversight and control as well as substaintial cost.
Adding more oversight from another aleady overworked source,will not add protection but will add cost which will be passed on the consumer.
it only futher hurts those you are supposed to be protecting.
