Please be advised that the consumer is NOT going to be best served if you pass thefiduciary standards for advsiors as we already have the stictest code of ethics and all of this would do is drive up the cost and paperwork burden which will eventually put people and advosiors out of work. 99.9% of all advisors already always place the clients needs above theri own. Please stop this overreach of our government as the public is already being served.
