To keep this simple: Please inforce the rules that are already on the books equally to all in our industry. Writing more law that won't be inforced does those of us who try to follow the rules no good and does nothing to stop the evil-doers. The latest debate over fiduciaries and who is and who should be is another example of politicians getting involved in areas they have no clue about and making an already confusing world even more so. My request would be to step back review the laws that are already on the books, update them to current, and then inforce them
