To Whom It May Concern, The stance you are taking on the concern of the public is over board. I work with my clients and have never had anything but there best interest in my practice. Everything we do is with there approval and I have never had any complaints filed against me. I thought there was an amendment to this leg. that there was going to be a study. This was driven by Senator Johnson from SD. This would be a more moderate approach. A person like myself has no control over what the mutual fund companies do, So how could we have a fudicary control??? Thank you for letting me Comment.
