To Whom it May Concern:

Please note that the regulations in our field have gone beyond reasonable standards hindering the effectiveness oof conducting daily business to serve clients. The additional compliance is costly in time and money.

As a 27 year professional with an MBA, CFP,CLU and AEP, I am required to maintiain continuing education and ethics classes at my expense. This includes firm element calsses, personal CE classes and additional compliance meeting updates. For those of us putting our clients first, it is insulting to be relegated to the ranks of those who have no conscience and refuse to be "controlled" anyway.

Please reconsider adding more costs and time that take away from quality service to clients. Thank you for your consideration.
