I am not registered and do not do securities but I beleive that the current standards used are as if not more effective in regulating the activities of brokes and agents than what you are preposing because it is pro active as oppose to post active when the damage is done and honestly I have seen securitites regulated acivity destroy people and the your group has done nothing or very little and the penealities you impose do nothing for the the victems and the last round of depression not recession is solid evidence what happened to the crooks that put all the mortage schemes together and defroaded millions. They were they walked away with millions.
Insurance agents weither acting in variabes or not police ourselves better under current guidelines and requirements than does the security commision under it's current pratices maybe you should consider adapting our rules aqnd guidelines instead of the reverse.
Thank you for the oppurtunity to express my opinion I have no pans to get involved with varables because frankly to me they are to risky.
