That all Financial Advisors should have a fiduciary responsibility would seem to fall into the "no brainer" category. If we are truly going to have a financial services industry that serves and protects the interest of the consumer/client, and avoid the abuses that have put us in the current financial mess, fiduciary responsibility has to be the foundation.
