I believe that anybody who is giving investment or insurance advice to the public should be held to the highest standard possible. I belive that the clients best interest should be the most important in any transaction relating to financial products. I believe holding all to the fiduciary standard is absolutely correct and the best way for industry to restore the confidence of American public. I have no idea how my counterparts can argue any differently and that the producers should always do the very best for the client. The clients best interest should always come first.
