Please do not subject us to any more regulaltions. We are over burdened with regulations now. As a registered reprensentative I already spend hours upon hours complying with the present regulations. This cost me time and money that I could be doing building my business.
This Fiduciary Standard Legislation will also leave us open to more possible lawsuits. We already face this problem but will make it much easier under this new regulation if it is passed by you.
Please do not give us more regulations
