I am sure that by now you have heard many reasons why this new "Fiduciary Standard" is being opposed. The compliance issues that we already have are so extensive, it is almost to the point that it makes us just want to stop working with our clients in the securities market. Please review all of the procedures now in place and enforce them vigorously.....
