I am aware of the efforts being made by our professional associations.....to bombard you with opinions regarding the overregulation of our profession. I purposefuly chose to not pursue an RIA afiliation, and remain under the prudent person rules, due to the role that I play in my clients planning, the products that I sell and the care that we take......without concern for personal gain, for 28 years.
I am tired of providing my dissertation to disinterested Congressional reps, and, getting no feedback or interest.
If your committee cares to speak with someone that is truly caring in the work that we do, and has the life experience to provide real insight into our peers business/sales practices....let me know.
We will find the time to exchange ideas.
