I do not beleive that this new fudiciary standard is in the best interest of the public or the licenced professionals in the field. To have it is an adverse action against the licensing statuates, curriculum, and regulatory eliment that now exists. The exposure to liability would be to great for any financial profesional to continue to pratice. Sincerely, Louis Cook
