I am writing to express my concern over the extra Fiduciary Standard being considered. Extra standards will not preven unethical people from being unethical. All the regualation in the world will not keep the people that are in the industry to harm the public from doing so. We are already extremely regulated and those of us that are trying to do the right thing for our clients will just get bogged down in more paperwork and requirements while those that are only in the business to cheat people out of their money will find a way around it anyway.
