WE are already the mort regulated industry in the country, with more oversight and paperwork that any other profession. This makes working in the financial services business almost unprofitable and very difficult to help everyday regular americans with their investment choices. Please STOP making it even more difficult to do our jobs. Do not add any further regulations or fiduciary responsibilities onto our backs..... because eventually you may break the camel's back and then there won't be anyone left to regulate. No more fees to collect and the industry will get hurt. Then even more jobs will be lost and this fragile economy which we have now, will get even worse. Nobody wants that.
Please reconsider, we all beg you.
