As a Registered Rep, every piece of correspondance I send my clients is reviewed and subjust to approval before I can send it.
As a Registered Rep, I must attend classes every other week as well as quarterly and ad hoc sessions.
Every application I submit is reviewed for suitability.
My clients are well protected, so well protected that I am often have to jump through hoops to gain all the required approvals.
Under todays regs, my clients are getting professional recommendations that are reviewed under carefully constructed guidelines ensuring that my clients are well protected. Providing even more regulations will add no value to the end client but will enlongate the process, increase the costs and just make everything slower.
