I am in business for 40 years. I have never been so regulated in my life as i am now. Every time I write an email , send a letter or send a fax. Every time i do a trade my compliance department wants me to justify why. I spend 20% of every day answering inquiries from the compliance department or doing paperwork for them. There reaches a point that the most honest person trying to do a good job for their clients has to say ENOUGH regulation. I am against this new proposed regulations.
