The continuation of regulations on Register reps and BD,s only increase the cost to the consumer and accomplishes nothing but another layer of beurocracy. we are probably the most reguled profession in the US and now you want impose more regulations. I am licensed in every state in the US and the cost structure for this alone is rediculios and every state regulates in a different mannor. This is only going to drive the costs up for my EO and for my costs for my employees and probably lead to having to lay someone off because of this. We need jobs in the US NOT MORE REGULATIONS.
