I have been a rep for nearly 40 years. I have never had one customer comlaint. That is, i'm sure, because I do nothing that isn't in the best interest of my clients. The regulation and compliance requirements are already huge overkill. There is no reason to impose more compliance on the majority of us that take care of our clients. Punish the serial abusers but please don't put another layer of requirements on the rest of us
