Sometimes the people who can least afford to pay a "fee" for advice are the ones who need it the most. My clients are normal everyday working class citizens (and plenty are over the age of 65). Why are we going to make them "pay" for trying to be financially responsible? The company I work for has already developed a system, hired staff to look over our transactions and deem them suitable. Punish the those who break the rules. Please do not make it even more difficult for us who are abiding by the rules and helping our clients make educated financial decisions
