Dear Sirs,
Pertaining to File-No. 4-606 I believe that in this time of crisis in our country your efforts would be better placed in looking at the insitutions that created the current economy and not the people who have shown continually that they care about their clients first and foremost. You always seem to look in the wrong places because it is wht you believe the consumer wants, when the real fact is the consumer wants the waste and avarice of the insitutions to stop.
