Enough is Enough. I do not know of any profession that has more regulations than ours. I sincerely believe it is not the regulations and or regulatory body but the enforcement of existing guidelines, laws, disclosure etc. that needs to be addressed.
To continue to add more levels of regulation is not the answer just another layer of passing on the responsibility.
