The suitability standard governing broker-dealers and registered representatives is a robust and heavily enforced standard. The time, expense and of these regulatory issues are becoming burdensome and ultimately way more expensive for the clientele we serve. The existing regualtions are very adequate and provide all the safeguards and protections consumers need. I urge you to leave them as they are now. Jerry
