These are comments in regards to a petition for a rule change to current securities laws.
I support the petition that would allow anyone to invest up to $100 in an organization. I believe 99% of our population is able to understand the risks and rewards associated with investing $100. This ability could have a profound effect on the entrepreneurs that would like to open companies but do not have access to capital. Increasing access to capital would stimulate job growth and positively affect campaigns like 'Let's Move'.
I urge you adopt this rule change.
