Please follow thru on your commitment to STOP the abuses in short selling. Make the penalties so sever on both the shoter and the brokerage firm assiting them that one would not even think of Naked Shorting or starting false rumors.
The guys that helped create this world wide economic crisis with their "exotic products" could care less about the tax payer or the rest of the world just as long as they made their Billions. They should all be sitting next to "Bernie"
The rating agency game is joke a scam too....
