I am a small investor and I believe that the uptick rule was instituted to force the market to build up and increase the net worth of the companies in the US stock markets. Thereby increasing the prosperity for all effect.
Lack of encorcement of that rule strongly contributed to the decline of our nation's greatest assets the American Buisness.
Please help American buisness enforce the uptick rule.
