Dear Ms Morris,
As a small investor dismayed by certain event in the securities markets, I am writing in support of the NIPC rule petition and ask for action by the SEC in the near term. The SEC seems to be authorizing naked short selling, an activity which destroys confidence in the markets, not to mention resulting in financial losses for many market participants such as myself. I wish to have real securities credited to my account when I have paid for them for example, not some entitlement.
The SEC is violating Section 6 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
