I want to urge great care in eliminating the use of service fees as currently seen in the 12b-1 fee. If the SEC would like greater disclosure in terms of transparency on the fee and who benefits from the I would support those efforts. If the service fees are completely eliminated a large number of middle class investors would no longer be viable for financial planners to service. Or worse it enourage churning type behavior.
