Dear SEC: these proposed rules are imperative to STOPPING SPAM which is not only an invasion of privacy but is seriously damaging what little integrity is left in the market for pink sheet stocks. Most of these people are from Canada and the UK and could care less about the US Markets but someone needs to take action.
