It seems to me the most fair way to distribute funds is on a proportional basis, for example a person who has a loss of $100,00.00 should receive 2 times as much as a person who lost $50,000.00. I pray that you do not use the same method as the state of Ms. where everyone received the same amount, whether the loss was $20,000.00 or $100,000.00. That amount being about $2600.00. which I think was grossly unfair. I trust you will do what is right and just. W. W. Mayers
