The 4 proposed settlement methods for retirement plan participants are horrendous. It is imbecilic that those individuals who were not affected could be enriched at the expense of those who have lost so much. This process is another example of the typical indifferent government attitude. A "Katrina" of securities with the SEC proudly taking the disgraceful place of FEMA. I know I will be surprised with the actual settlement, but I pray it will be pleasant.
