I requested being on the SEC Advisory Committee. I was sent the email advising me to file a comment. My comments are public and published just not "in your face," so to speak.
The SEC Advisory Committee is stacked with Industry, former industry and insiders. The SEC Advisory Committee is biased without a Citizen Committee member. I want that role.
I am qualified.
I am providing you a list of comments I began writing after being found in Bad Faith in a FINRA arbitration. I was in Bad Choice not in Bad Faith. I was in misguided Trust not Bad Faith.
Your committee lacks diversity- industry v investor.
I am a journalist. I am speaking publicly. I want to speak in your committee, too.
