I would welcome consideration by the IAC of my comments to the agency on their 4 year strategic plan.
There are several critical things desired by many investors and the public that should be included in the plan and discussed by the IAC--namely, forced arbitration clauses in broker-deal contracts and political spending disclosure for public companies.
