I wanted to vote by proxy. But now they want let me. They would let me just vote the way I like to without calling and waiting on the telephone forever. I already know about the voting items and how I want to vote. Just want the opportunity.
The voting materials are for J C Penney Company, INC.
I can't be at Plano, TX for the meeting.
Looks like the materials came from USAA FED SVGS BANK
which normally does a great job with things.
I guess J C Penney Board of Directors already knows what they want to do and are just excluding us share holders.
