You lost XRP holders billions by suing the company Ripple and claiming every XRP transaction is a security. Who do you protect again? Certainly not the consumer. It was unprepared, unprofessional and if anything 5 years to late. Fix it and you’re responsible for damages against American average people. How does that feel?
