"This panel will explore the intersection of digital assets and investor protection, with a specific lens on the regulatory framework covering digital assets, market structure issues, and defining risk in emerging technologies. Additional covered topics include blockchain technologies, crypto-based ETFs, and stablecoins." Question - as it relates to regulatory framework - how is “sufficiently decentralized” defined as stated by the SEC. is this subjective or objective. As the answer will most probably be - it is on a case by case basis, how can anyone know if they are compliant? A case by case basis is not "regulatory framework". Needs to be CLEARLY defined. Thank you for your consideration Chris Cercena
