To home it may concern,
IEX is the only one who seem to be doing anything positive for Wall Street. The Fintech landscape is going to continue powering through and any hindrance by government agencies will only hurt the American investor. I for one will use the IEX router to avoid having my orders affected by latency arbitrage. Please don't stop them from becoming an exchange - it's the only thing going to restore public trust in Wall Street.
